2. How long does order processing and shipping take?

  • Processing time: 3–7 business days
  • Shipping time: 14–30 business days

    Total time = processing + shipping.

3. What shipping carriers do you use?

We mainly use China Post and USPS; we may also use other reliable carriers.

4. How do I track my order?

Once shipped, we will send you a tracking number and link via email.

5. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in original packaging.

Custom/personalized items are not returnable.

6. Who pays for return shipping?

  • Customer’s responsibility: returns due to change of mind, wrong choice, etc.
  • Our responsibility: returns due to defective, damaged, or wrong items.

7. Do you charge restocking fees?

No, we do not charge any restocking fees.

8. When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

9. Can I cancel my order?

You may cancel your order before it is shipped or produced. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer available.

10. What if my package is lost or damaged?
